BFA in sculpture - "G. Enesco" Art Institute of Iassy Romania.
He has been head teacher at the Art College in Piatra Neamt, Romania where he taught sculpture and drawing for more than 10 years. He is currently living and working in Vancouver. Over the years Silviu has participated in numerous local, national and international exhibitions and contests. His work can be found in public and private collections in Romania, Italy, Belgium and Spain. Silviu has had numerous public and private commissions for monuments in Romania and Canada. His artistic activity also includes set design for film and theatre.
